The engineering team at Scenic Tool & Stamping can help your company manufacture a wide variety of parts from simple tooling, fixtures, and one hit dies to multi-station progressive dies and simple automation concepts. We will apply design for manufacturability principles to your project to create a cost effective solution to all of your manufacturing needs.
Using software like Solidworks, we can create 3D models that allow you to see how the inside of the die will work.
In addition to Solidworks, Scenic Tool & Stamping engineering also uses LogoPress3 which makes the design phase run more quickly and efficiently. This software allows for animation of the die design.
STS can also work with multiple types of CAD data including native 2D AutoCAD files. Don't have a print? That is not a problem, the engineering team can work with you to create one.
During the design process, design for manufacturability will be applied at every step to ensure that the final product is efficient, effective and meets all of your specifications. We will also work to involve you in the process as much or as little as you'd like.
